We hate our politicians here also. Bunch of lying thieves, and that's the good ones.  Don't worry about your English, mine isn't much better until I run it through the spell check.
Enjoy the site, and ask any questions, a couple of the boys are avid handgun hunters.

I Didn't make it up, I think it belongs to Sterling Moss. (That's Sterling Moss, potato farmer and bootlegger, Not Sir Stirling Moss, race car driver)
What's the price range for the hunting handgun? Revolver, Autoloader, or Single Shot?
EAA Witness Hunter 45ACP, says Hunter right on the slide:
(Looks like this one's been drilled for a scope mount)
http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=152320412

S&W Magnum Hunter 44 mag, about the same price,
http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=152275516
Ruger Super Redhawk Hunter 44 mag, this one looks nice:

Any one want to jump in?

Hi Pavel416
Wellcome to the sight,
Do I understand you can import a handgun to be used just for hunting?
Does it have to be marked (stamped or engraved) for hunting only?

Do you have private or public shooting ranges or is it just no shooting at all.
And yes I am full of questions, and other things so I am told.

thanks for any reply, ace

Hi Guys,
about the price, the question is not of the exact gun, i`ll tell you more...i`m sure at about 80% against 20% that the gun will be destroyed and not will be impoprted. My friend cannot read this)))
I`ll try to explane better.
The Law we have does not give us the straight restriction about handguns, but it is only the smallest mistake in the text. It is written like this: "Hunting firearm with a rifled barrel are entitled to acquire the citizens of Russia, which in due course given the right to hunt, provided that they are engaged in professional activities related to hunting, or have owned a hunting firearm smoothbore long guns at least five years."
Here is not written that that rifled gun have the to be long or short or to be a HANDGUN, or NOT TO BE THIS ONE.

He want to use this hole in the gun law and try to get a handgun after 90 years of restrictions on them here in russia. The gun have to be marked as "hunting", and engraved so to show any stupid penpusher.

2 ACE:
yes, surely, we have shooting ranges, but not too much, only 5 for all moscovites, the nearest is 20 miles far from Kremlin, it is my favorite 300 m range is the nearest for me, living less than a mile from kremlin.
please ask any questions you want, ready to answer alofthem)))

So it's pretty tough for a law abiding Russian to get a handgun, but non-law abiding Russians can get a full auto Kalashnikov for 100 bucks on the black market? Sounds like exactly where we are headed in the US, except the AK's costs more here...

Al, you are right!
the problem is not about black market AK, we can get this way many and many other restricted and outlaw guns, i talk only about legal market.

1.)The speaker of the house is on record "If I had the votes right now, it would be 'Mr and Ms America, hand in your guns'"
2.)The Chosen One, AKA the New Messiah, (third clue: last name starts with an "O"), is signing "treaties"  right now that will subject Americans to "World" rule, effectively back-dooring the US Constitution and due process
3.)Even when a ruling comes down from the Supreme Court, It is ignored and or circumvented by the politicians.
4.) Close to home for me, The (now X-) mayor of Seattle, even though informed by the Attorney General of the state of WA that his gun and knife bans go against the State Constitution, proceeded to instate and reinstate them anyway. (That's not why he got voted out, I'm afraid the new guy will be even worse)
The Mayors of many of the largest city's in the US are using public funds to file Junk Lawsuits against the firearm industries in an effort to put them out of business, even though they have not won  a single case, it cost's them nothing to keep trying to run us out of money.

The list goes on and on, but to answer your question, Yes, it is headed that way.

I have heard that there are 80,000,000 gun owners in the US, but only 8,000,000 members of the NRA.

Our small group has raised over $30,000 in the last 8-9 years for the cause, (and thank you again for your donation, by the way),  but the vast majority is content to just let their rights get eroded away, a little at a time, and do nothing.
Case in point:
A friend told me the other day he wasn't worried because all he has are shotguns, A lever action rifle, and a .45, and "they" would never ban those... No reason to join the NRA...No big deal...
Now there's someone that deserves a punch in the ear IMAO.
Anyway, I'll get off my soapbox...
PS if you wear a medium I have a T-shirt for you, otherwise you will have to wait for the 2010's...

I think you have already read this, they do not need free people with firearms. It have to be explaind everybody. They are afraid of them.
This is big trouble for all of us. This is all links a chain.
As they fight with terrorism (that is created by them), as they "keep nature" earning billons on ozon hole like DuPont does on there chemicals that we only can buy now and that is in every fridge or conditioner. But the nature can be much clearer if they stop producing billions of tons of plastic package and simply return to paper and glass. And after there propoganda we have to drive hybrid toy cars or pay unreasonable taxes. It is also because the price on gas is absolutely unreal and we have hundreds of traders and parasites between the oil derric and gas station. And so on.
Have you seen there provocation Zeitgest movie? They are already prepearing to remove the religion and put a chip in brain to everybody. Who will be too much "lawless" can be simply "switched off". Who want get a chip who has a gun? Only TV-intoxicated animals.

PS (if it is possible, i`d like to have L size.)

Thanks for a t-shirt. Probably you have also caps? Not free surely, i`ll pay. And for my friend also, he collects them.
I do not use spell check button, sometime look in google, and i am learning English writing in it. The problem is i cannot speak, when a language carrier calls me, i get lost and it is terribly difficult to remember some elementary words))) it becomes a hard work for me to speak.
