You got the keywords right, "Country" and "government". Never get the two mixed up. Curious thing, I've been told this report preceeds the chosen one's administration, it date is 04/07/09, but the story is that the staunch constitutionist GWB and his cronies commisioned the report, along one with one on the ultra left wing threat. (Which I haven't been able to get my hands on)
I've been saying for years that the republicans are liberals and the democrats are socialists, (although it was pointed out the other day the with the way the admin can fire the heads of private r companys is closer to facisim)
