A while back sent 6 pocket knifes to younger son (Mike) in Iraq, Said he had 20 more guys that wanted them. OK so brother in law donated 6 and I went thru my junk and found 8 more, sharpened them and they are in the mail as of yesterday.
Now comes the pitch! I am out of knifes and want to send some to grandson (RC) for his buddies. Any body got any extras, send them to a soldier.

Oh yea, got a glock knife that goes next package

Rounded up these today at the gun show. Where do you want them?

howdy,
Well, you could sharp them up a bit and send them to RC or send them to me and I will try to take care of them. Not sure how useful I will be 'cause I'm going in for carpul tunnel repair tomarrow for the left and two weeks later for the other one.
anyhow, thanks, ace

I'll take care of it. Do you think they would like the small ones?

I did 14 months in Iraq.  A good knife is essential for a lot of everyday tasks plus they are nice to have to cut your way out of Hummer seat belts after an IED goes off. Don't ask me how I know this.

Wally World sells an el cheapo lockback folder for $1 in the camping section.  I have probably bought 50 of these and sent them in care packages to IRQ and AFG.  They are cheap enough to use until dull then throw away.

They are a cheap knife, no doubt, but they work. I have a couple around here that I use for opening packages, and they have held up fine.
