...have 3 dehydrators running this morning. all the old deer and elk steak, elk cube steak, beef roast, etc sliced, brined, seasoned, loaded and smelling good. no photos but I'll save some for the shoot.
Also have about 25 lbs old wild burg better get going on some summer sasuage and pep.

I only wish I could attend the shoot, but if I did, I would most likely spend my shooting time at your jerky/smoked meat table !
