He still sounds like he's running for office!  Someone needs to tap him on the shoulder and tell him, Hey Barock old buddy, the election's over, you won!  NOW YOU NEED TO ACCOMPLISH SOMETHING.... Start with the economy, don't attempt anything else until this country is back on it's feet.

Not a good idea to start a political thread after your party took an eight-year dump on America.

But if you wanna go there, I'll be happy to remind everyone what they did and didn't do for eight very long years that this president has to fix with absolutely no help from the people who left it there, like lousy renters who trash a house and then snicker when the owners have to clean it up.

Ain't my party, I consider the republicans to be liberals and the democrats to be socialists, with a little bit of good ol Woodrow Wilson Progressivism mixed in. BOTH parties. I often use the term "535 Criminals" when discussing WADC. The Spartans had a unique system; everyone that served went on trial after their term expired. Probably be a good idea here.

PS Here’s my take:

Republican politician: Pro 2nd amendment, Pro Capitol Punishment, Anti Abortion, want to collect your money and keep it for themseves.

Democrat politician: Anti  2nd amendment, Pro Abortion, anti Capitol punishment, want to collect your money and give it to everyone else.

Progressive: What Constitution?

PPS I'm more along the lines of an Independent Conservative.

PPPS Didn't vote for the New Messiah, but I don't hold it against you if you did...

Not my party either - I vote for the person, not the party line.  I am more conservative than liberal, but am definately an independent voter. I did not vote for the present president, sorry if you did and are disappointed now.  If I could believe what he's saying I would show more support.  As I said earlier, someone needs to let him know he won the election and now needs to accomplish something.  He's taken more spins than an president I can remember.
