We need pictures!

No guns. Got myself the grenade launcher last month, does that count?

I think ,
THAT COUNTS.

I'll get up in a good mood one morning, which hasn't happened since the election , and plug the camera into the computer and see what happens.

Santa (me) brought me a brand new (to me) 3 screw Ruger Single Six with a 9 1/2" barrel!

She shoots nicely!

Is that a Flat Top or Old Model , .357 or .44?
Either way it's a pretty rare bird , if 9 1/2" Bl. is original.
Good luck with it.
Let us know how it shoots.

I've been looking for a 3 screw .41 - 4 5/8"

Southernman, here's my 4-5/8 Ruger, don't know weather it's rare or medium-well.
45 Colt Blackhawk 3 screw pinch frame with an extra 45 ACP cylinder and a Bladetech holster. Plus the original "non transfer bar" parts. Not a bad Open Carry rig. Handles a 300 gr at 44 mag pressure, 22 gr H110 crono's around 1100 and extra points for a big ball of flame.

Southernman, it is a Single Six which is 22LR caliber, with the 9 1/2" barrel.  And its all original with at least 98% of its blueing!

My girlfriend got me a 3 screw .45 with a 4 digit serial number that looks like it was hardly shot.  She's a keeper...and so is the gun.  The pic doesn't do it justice.

How in the heck did you get a full sized photo to show up in your post? Is that a link to a photo stored elswhere? I always get a thumbnail.
PS Very nice piece, I know how hard it is to get a good photo of a revolver. Looks like you got the box as well.
PPS, you use to be able to look up the serial # on the Ruger site and get the born on date.

Born in 1971 according to Dougan's Ruger guide.

I used that pic out of photobucket and used the "img code"..you just click on it and it's copied.  www.photobucket.com accounts are free and the best way I have found to save space and make them readily available for forums just like this.  Set up an account and it's pretty easy to get the hang of downloading pics you have saved on your hard drive.

I set the damn thing up but didn't know about that feature. Hate the little thumbnails. And you are right, there is a finite amount of message board space for photos. Good Idea.

PS good size for posted photos is 8" wide, or about 550-600 px, 72 DPI if you have a way to size them.

Thanks--

Got me a new one from Santy.  Got my a new one from John Gallagher.  It's a 445 Supermag, built of a 357 max frame and it's been Bisleyized.

Wicker Bill

Man that is nice.
I have had no dealings with the .445 ,but been thinking about getting a Dan Wesson.
Let us know how it does.
I got a 338-06 ,21 1/2 " Lilja , on blue printed Rem. 700 ,from John about this time last year.
He is a real stand up guy , and does great work.
