Wally World sells an el cheapo lockback folder for $1 in the camping section. I have probably bought 50 of these and sent them in care packages to IRQ and AFG. They are cheap enough to use until dull then throw away.
They are a cheap knife, no doubt, but they work. I have a couple around here that I use for opening packages, and they have held up fine.
